I love them!And like anything else, enjoy the gummies in moderation. It’s just the sugar free gummies that have that effect, the regular ones don’t!

Diarrhea is definite for me at least and I only ate 6, to try each flavor. Tasty but I did get the squirts.

I've eaten there gummy bears for as long as I can remember never had a problem always great taste.
With any candy you must eat in moderation if he is stop yourself and eat the whole bag you're bound to have problems of course that goes with anything you eat.
