I grew up w Frango. About 20 years ago the Frango recipe degraded into artificial flavorings in lieu of real vanilla, butter, chocolate liqueur... It was horrific. Might as well buy Fanny Farmer...I just don't!
These chocolate mint meltaways are very close to the original Frango. Closer than the modern Frango is! What a delight for me!!!
As long as Albanese does it like this, it will be my favorite. This will be my Christmas gifts this year. Change the recipe and I stop buying!
