RULES

Albanese Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest 2022 Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Only open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 48 contiguous United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older. Associates, officers and officials of Albanese Confectionery, its affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are ineligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

To enter the “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest", you must follow the instructions on the specified social media post, comment with your answer, and use #AlbaneseWorldsBestContest. Entries without #AlbaneseWorldsBestContest shall result in disqualification. Contestants can enter on July 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 2022. Twelve winners will be selected from each post's entries and will win one 5 lb. gummi bear. Prize may change due to availability.

Limit one entry per person, per social media post (two posts total). Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Entry will only be accepted online. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid Facebook account. Multiple entries by the same person using one or more social media accounts shall result in disqualification.

“Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest" entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Albanese Confectionery, which are final on all matters pertaining to the “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest". By entering this “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest", you consent to having Albanese Confectionery utilize your name, city, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes. This “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest" is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is completely released from each entrant or participant in this “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest". In addition, all entrants are providing information to Albanese Confectionery and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest" will not be directed to Facebook, but to promotions@albanesecandy.com.

Winners will be notified on social media within ten (10) days after their name has been selected. Each winner will be required to confirm eligibility, show proof of identity, and present a valid photo ID. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, the prize will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Albanese Confectionery is the final authority on all issues.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

Albanese Confectionery reserves the right to modify “Gummi with the “A” on the Tummy™ Contest" and prizes at any time. The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9 if applicable. Albanese Confectionery reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
