Instructions:
Step 1: Melt your milk chocolate in the microwave for 30 second intervals. Stir in between until the chocolate is fully melted.
Step 2: Toast the shredded coconut in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between each. Once the coconut starts to lightly brown, cook for 15-20 seconds until fully toasted.
Step 3: Mix in your melted chocolate and toasted coconut.
Step 4: Grab an ice cream scooper and scoop the mix onto parchment paper for the perfect nest shape!
Step 5: Once the nests have hardened, top with your Albanese treats and enjoy!
