All orders shipped from albanesecandy.com are processed and shipped Monday - Friday from our Factory Headquarters, 5441 E. Lincoln Hwy, Merrillville IN 46410.
We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options through FedEx, USPS, and UPS for orders up to 149lbs. Orders exceeding 150lbs. will need to be specially quoted by our shipping team. We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, US Territories, and APO/FPO boxes.
With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations.
Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping services through our above-mentioned carriers. To ensure same-day processing for expedited orders, please make sure to submit your order by 12:00pm Central time.
Please Note: Some Expedited Services do not deliver over the weekend. During summer months, expedited services longer than 1 day, that are placed after the cutoff time Wednesday, may be held until the following Monday due to the combination of weather and time in transit. If this does impact your order, a team member will reach out via the contact provided to notify you.
Shipping charges are calculated using FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping tables and are based on package weight and size, delivery distance, and shipping method. Unfortunately, weight plays a significant factor in determining shipping costs and bulk candy has a high shipping-to-product-cost ratio. Products such as apparel, beauty products, and jewelry are light; therefore, allowing for a lower ratio. But the most important ratio to remember is, Product-to-World's Best Quality is always 1:1!
Warm Weather Shipping
Albanese Confectionery’s chocolates and gummies require special handling during the warmer months or when shipping to warmer climates. We pack our candy carefully with insulation and ice packs to keep products in the best condition when needed.
During the warmer months of May-September, all orders will be built with insulated packaging and ice packs.
Due to the nature of our products, transits time, and the extreme warm weather, there are locations throughout the U.S. that will only have expedited shipping options available to them throughout May-September. This is to ensure your items arrive in the World’s Best Condition. Those states are; Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Incorrect Items Sent
Check your order after you receive it to double check that you received all of your yummy candy. If you received incorrect items, take a picture and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at (855)272-3227 Ext 352. Any claims must be made within 2 business days of the carrier’s confirmation receipt. We do our best to correctly pick your order; if it is our mistake, we will send a call tag to pick up the item and will ship the new product at no extra charge.
Just pack the product in the original box with packing materials and a call tag will be issued for pickup. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. The correct product will be shipped within a week.
Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
