We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options through FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days to most U.S. locations.
Need it faster? For expedited orders, we offer Two Day and Overnight shipping options. To ensure same-day processing for Express Packages (2-Day, Overnight, etc.), please make sure your order is submitted by 2pm Central time.

Standard Shipping is available for all orders placed on Albaneseconfectionery.com and ships via standard ground. Standard rate shipping costs are determined by order weight. Use the chart below to determine your shipping costs.

Albanese Candy is not liable for delay of shipment due to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays that are caused by weather, labor disputes, refusal of package, and incorrect shipping information.
Warm Weather Shipping
Albanese Confectionery’s chocolates and gummies may require special handling during the warmer months or when shipping to warmer climates. We pack our candy carefully with insulation and ice packs to keep products in the best condition when needed.
To assure that your gifts arrive without melting, shipments may require overnight delivery shipping charges or a delay in shipping, depending upon how many days your package will be in transit. In this case, 2nd Day or Overnight delivery charges may apply and will be added to your order. A customer service representative will contact you should your shipping rate change before applying it to your order and credit card. During this communication you may experience delays with your shipment until we have approval for extra charges. Since we may need to contact you, it is important that you provide us with the best contact information to reach you during our store's shipping hours 8AM-4PM Central time.
If you need to ship to a residence and you cannot be home, please leave a note instructing that the package be placed under shade. In the event your package has been sitting in heat, let it "rest" at room temperature for a few hours to give it a chance to return to normal consistency. Please keep in mind, shade will not ensure that your product doesn't melt it is just a preventative measure. If possible, try to ship your order to a business address as businesses often receive shipments earlier in the day and someone is onsite. When shipping to a residence and no one is home, the products will either be (1) left outside sitting in the heat or (2) put back in the hot UPS or FedEx truck.

Incorrect Items Sent
Check your order after you receive to see double check that your receive all of your yummy candy.If you received incorrect items, take a picture and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at (855)272-3227 Ext 352. Any claims must be made within 2 business days of UPS confirmation receipt. We do our best to correctly pick your order; if it is our mistake we will send a call tag to pick up the item and will ship the new product at no extra charge.
Just pack the product in the original box with packing materials and a call tag will be issued for pickup. All products must be unopened and in original packaging. The correct product will be shipped within a week.
Purchaser will be liable for a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charge. If product is lost in returning to our company purchaser is responsible for the full charge.
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, take a picture and contact us at email@example.com or (855)272-3227 Ext 352 within 2 business days of receipt.
